When ordering with Bloom & Rocket Florist, you're guaranteed the freshest flowers created by our talented florists. All our bouquets and arrangements go through quality control upon leaving our shop to ensure they are the highest quality that our valued customers would expect. Same day delivery guaranteed. Order by 12 noon Monday to Friday (Brisbane time) or by 10am (Brisbane time ) Saturday. Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays will be delivered the next business day. Pickup in store is available on a Sunday. 

We deliver throughout Brisbane city, as close as Taringa and Indooroopilly and far as Scarborough and Redcliffe.

Peak Periods
Please note that during Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we endeavour to deliver your flowers on the day you request, however we're unable to specify time slots due to the high volume of deliveries.

For Christmas 2024, deliveries will be made on 22 + 23 December.

 

Returns
If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your flowers, please send an email with a photo of your delivery to hello@bloomandrocket.com

Due to reasons out of our control, if flowers are damaged in transit or if your flowers are not as expected, we will review your return request and come back to you within 24 hours.
